I always find it funny when I ask an employee "What would you do to get rich?"
The answers are universal; sell drugs, gamble, rob a bank, become a prostitute, steal things and sell them, or "I don't know".
That last one is totally true, almost all of us common people don't know!
Is it a co-incidence that almost all movies about rich people contain these themes? Scarface, 21, Casino,Oceans 11+, Wall Street, Pretty Woman etc
It's like movies are telling us the only way to become rich is to be a crook, or to turn into a bad person and do things that you don't want to do, to achieve wealth.
Not only do movies teach us these things, our parents also, they say such things as "Money doesn't grow on tree's. Rich people are evil. Money is the root of all evil. Don't ask me for money again. The rich are greedy and steal from the poor. Get a good paying job with benefits, and climb the ladder, then one day you will earn mega bucks. I don't have the time or money for charity, I don't need money" and so on.
I felt its time to expose this and many other myths which most people cling to, its time for people to break free of their limited realities and embrace a world of abundance and endless opportunities everywhere they look. It's time i help wake people up, so they can expand their context and see with their mind rather than solely on sight alone. Its nice having the TV, stereo, computer, but are they making you money, or Losing you money? Did you know that the world of money is more about what you can't see rather than you can?

DeleteA friend sent me on a link on your blog and I was very impressed how you summed up in what I call or refer to as the Cinderella syndrome where everyone is living in an illusionary world fueled by hope that one day the sun will shine on them with 6 numbers in the lotto or Richard Gere pulling up in a Ferrari. However, in relation to people waking up, and here I think you will agree, the thought of waking up and actually having to work to achieve things is about as appealing to the masses as the term 'Work' To many people are allergic to work and live a second illusional life on the internet or whatever where they do not have to deal with reality until their best years are gone, and then they have to play catch up to gain qualification without experience.
