Why do we have bills, why do we pay for them and why do we work in a job as a means to pay it?
I never liked paying them, so why should I? Why punish myself for years only because of my financial ignorance?..
Here's an experiment; stop paying all taxes and rates on your house and property, what happens? In the worse case scenario you lose both.
But it's your house, you own it, right? If you are free and clear of a mortgage then why does it get taken as soon as you stop paying property bills? Because it really wasn't yours to begin with. Its owned by royals, the government of the country or elite private investors.
I would imagine a reply such as "But my house is my biggest asset!"
Is that really true? A house which you effectively rent and have to pay constant bills for, that your family personally pays for and that you don't rent to others? Think of how much money you are losing, its a liability and you are being punished for your selfishness in thinking only about you and your family.
All that it takes to turn it into an asset is to think of other families and rent it to them (of course if you have another place to stay) perhaps you can remortgage your original house and use the money to buy another?)
If i said to you that you can have people pay your bills for you, would you think that is illegal? Well its what the rich do, and as long as you follow the law, you can too! If you hire a good property rental agency you could rent the same property to another family and hopefully as long as you have planned well and make profit after all expenses, you will turn it into a true asset for you. If you had several houses you could pay for all of your own personal expenses out of the profits, and you will be effectively retired! That's the basics anyway.
So knowing this, do you feel the same about your job, earning money the hard way? Does hearing this give you a spark of hope, that if you put the time in for a few years, you would never have to go to a job again? It will be hard work but isn't it worth risking five or ten years to retire forever rather than a life time slogging away in a job and getting nowhere?
So what is it going to be, to Job hard just to get by, or really work towards something that can give you true freedom? You may not get to own the rental house in the end, but it's about control, and buying assets. These are two of many things that are important if you wish to be rich in cash, and added benefits are that you are providing shelter for other people!
